"Thank you, Lacie Jones for the wonderful customer service that you extended to me over a couple of days. Your attention to detail and follow up was extremely satisfying. The way we interacted it was as if we had known each other for years. I could not have been more pleased, not to mention that the price was much better than my previous company. I recommend State Farm.

I would also like to say thank you to Christopher Bullard. I called in to speak with Lacie and she was on a call. Christopher kindly and without hesitation helped me to add a driver to my policy. He also showed wonderful customer service. It's been a pleasure working with these representatives. They are an asset to this company.

"I called because there was a difference in my payment on the January payment for February. I spoke with agentleman first and was satisfied. This person gave me my payment to 6 months and I was satisfied. I then looked at my checking account for payment to State Farm and was surprised that payment made was $20 difference.
I therefore called State Farm again and Nicole answered and I told her what I found and why was it different, however I realized since it was the first payment it may have been last years payment instead of what was told earlier and mentioned, she therefore checked it and I was correct! 👍
I was satisfied and asked that a copy of the Auto Policy be mailed to me. Nicole is very efficient and thank you as I’ve had other insurance companies giving me quotes that were lower but no Collision and Medical was not included, I pray 🙏🏻 that your policy includes those 2 items!

"Jesse at Dave Snell’s State Farm Ins. Company was a huge help for me today answering several questions regarding my new vehicle coverage and how to save money in doing so… Jesse and I also discussed some exterior damage to my home related to hurricane Milton where Jesse’s knowledge pertaining to the Insurance Board of Florida walked me through the steps I need to take to reopen my claim… Jesse is very professional and very knowledgeable in his field of business and I will give Jesse a 5 star rating…

"Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company.

The billing department kept charging me multiple months of bills. I have called and followed up multiple times with the staff and they assured me that my $600 bill would return to normal once I was all caught up and made the payment.

The new year came, and the billing system that they said was changing is still the same and now it's because my payment came in late. I only wanted to keep my insurance on autopay, pay for what i signed up for originally, and forget. Now I'm still left confused as to why I'm still receiving baglogged bills for car insurance.

Now they're saying if I pay a partial amount I'll be credited for the rest, and I just can't trust them at this point. I was upsold for this health insurance while I was just trying to resolve my bill as well.

Huge headache dealing with this matter"

"I have worked in good faith by phone and email for 2 months to resolve a simple billing issue due to Dave’s agent Xiomara applying uninsured motorist coverage to my umbrella policy when it was not elected for my auto. According to his manager, Lexie, this discrepancy is not legally permitted - the umbrella policy should never have included uninsured. Underwriting has issued me only a partial refund of the approximate $500 overcharge despite the error being entirely State Farm’s fault. It’s not reasonable for policy holders to shoulder the financial cost of State Farm’s mistake - an illegal one at that.
I’ve had to initiate follow up with Xiomara and Lexie throughout this process for updates. With this lack of attention and follow through on a straightforward request, I can only imagine what type of service a policy holder would receive if they had a claim.
Note that nowhere on his webiste is the contact information for Dave Snell himself so you are not able to reach him directly. I made one last attempt to contact Dave today to resolve what his agents can’t handle. If this is not resolved by the end of the week, I have no recourse but to contact the insurance commission.
ETA: They’re finally working on it. However their response regarding “multiple attempts without success” is performative for the public and disingenuous. I’ve promptly returned all calls & emails. Customers beware - this is the 2nd lie I’ve encountered this week as they try to CYA. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty. A test of a person’s character is how they behave when things go wrong and they’re failing."

"This company is such a ripoff . Lost a lot during the hurricane made claims they total our item we did buy the car back and now can’t get a title after we fixed the car . Called so many time and no one helped us . Plus we drove the car for months until we went to renew the tag and that is when we found out that the car was illegal to be driving and when we called them they did nothing but kept us on hold for ever and could not answer anything . Stay away from this company they are thieves and don’t care about the customers. Horrible. I’m"
