"Car insurance rates here in FL are the highest we’ve ever paid for car insurance… sadly had to leave USAA because of the FL rates. All that aside, this 5 star rating is for excellence in customer service cuz wrapping my head around why rates are the way they are is beyond my desire to dive into at the moment. I just got off the phone with Nicole over at Dave Snell’s office and if every customer service provider would handle tough things like insurance/navigating legal requirements/etc. the way Nicole handled my call/questions/handling what we needed handled etc. then the world would be especially blessed. I’m so glad for Nicole’s professionalism, kindness, and understanding for something as hard for me to wrap my head around as car insurance and its associated requirements. Thank you, Nicole! This 5 star review is specifically because I appreciate you."

"I visted the Dave Snell State Farm Riverview office and had a wonderful meeting with Laritza as we reviewed my home owners insurance policy for hurricane preparedness' we also discussed my auto insurance policies as well and the look on her face as she was able to save me $$ on my premium. She dug deeper to find other ways for me to get other discounts and takiing the time to answer any and all questions I may have had. Folks I will tell you she is a gem with her professionalism and knowledge of the insurance industry. I left that office with a new and clear understanding of my insurance policies. "David Snell? Snails work here indeed. The customer service is very demeaning, even though I called multiple times and sent text messages regarding a cancellation, and they want to tell me in the most dumbfounded tone that I needed to send a dec page, but if that was told to me from the very beginning, this would’ve been taken care of and I wouldn’t have had to speak to Nicole and get rude customer service for a third time in a row. Clearly there is no communication and the service is completely unprofessional in many departments. Because this is not even the first issue I have had with these people. I’ve been with them for over 3 years, and clearly that means nothing, and I am happy to leave. Get it together. Woah!"

"I called because there was a difference in my payment on the January payment for February. I spoke with agentleman first and was satisfied. This person gave me my payment to 6 months and I was satisfied. I then looked at my checking account for payment to State Farm and was surprised that payment made was $20 difference. I therefore called State Farm again and Nicole answered and I told her what I found and why was it different, however I realized since it was the first payment it may have been last years payment instead of what was told earlier and mentioned, she therefore checked it and I was correct! 👍 I was satisfied and asked that a copy of the Auto Policy be mailed to me. Nicole is very efficient and thank you as I’ve had other insurance companies giving me quotes that were lower but no Collision and Medical was not included, I pray 🙏🏻 that your policy includes those 2 items! Thank you 😊"
